About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Wessex Lodge School. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, providing a holistic and therapeutic approach to their care.

As a Practitioner Psychologist, you will be responsible for holding a caseload and working closely with other clinicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans. You will also contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide the highest level of care to our pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
  • Hold a caseload and manage your own workload
  • Work closely with the Clinical Locality Lead and Head of Clinical Operations (South) to develop and implement service delivery
