We are seeking an Organiser to enhance our Scotland National Centre team. In collaboration with lay officers and fellow staff members, you will strengthen the Union by actively engaging with members and their employers within the educational setting. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for organizing and campaigning, as well as recruiting, training, and mentoring new members, workplace representatives, and lay officers.

With a background in the education sector, you will leverage your experience in trade union organizing, casework, and campaigning. Your interpersonal and presentation skills will be crucial in fostering confidence, commitment, and active participation among members.
