About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Lawyer to join our team at NW Legal Consortium. As a Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal and procedural advice and services to meet the requirements of the Council as a whole and specific Services and Departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, practical, and timely legal advice with minimum supervision.
  • Work flexibly across multiple sites in the borough as well as from home, as part of a positive, multi-skilled team supporting colleagues across all our services.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the team to discuss matters and receive supervision.
  • Contribute to the development of the legal team and provide input on legal matters.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-year PQE as a solicitor, barrister, or fellow legal executive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites and from home.
