Night Receptionist

Job Summary:

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our team. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities and tasks of the reception desk are completed at night according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests receive warm and courteous service upon check-in and check-out.
• Complete all reception procedures as per night shift task list and policy and procedure.
• Co-ordinate guest requests with other departments in a timely manner.
• Handle all cashier transactions accurately and according to hotel standards.
• Handle reservations in the correct manner, ensuring all relevant details are taken.
• Assist Night Duty Manager with night audit and to carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Front Office Manager.
