Join Our Team as a Commercial Finance Analyst FP&A

The FP&A Team at Iglu is responsible for providing insightful analysis to drive business performance and strategic decision making. As a Commercial Finance Analyst FP&A, you will play a key role in influencing operational, financial, and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast month-end EBITDA, including scenario analysis
  • Maintain monthly Corporate KPIs, reviewing performance against these
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and develop the reporting suite further as the business grows
  • Finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience
  • Previous exposure to management accounting/reporting
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Able to understand the commercial drivers of performance and translate these into financial plans
  • Ability to review and improve business and financial processes
  • Experience in Travel or similar sector (e.g., Retail, Leisure)
  • Experience of using data analytics tools (Tableau preferred)
