We are a family-owned hotel chain that prides itself on providing a warm welcome to our guests. As a Casual Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working across various departments to ensure our guests receive exceptional service.

Your Role

You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, working efficiently to meet the needs of our guests. This will involve greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work efficiently to meet the needs of our guests, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop knowledge of our menus and food and drink standards, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service.
