Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team within the Women's Rehabilitation Services at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to service users with complex mental health needs.
The post holder will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement trauma-informed care approaches, and will be expected to provide clinical supervision to psychologists and other team members. The successful candidate will also be involved in service developments, quality improvement projects, and governance within the service.
We welcome applications from experienced Clinical Psychologists who are passionate about working with complex mental health needs and have a strong commitment to trauma-informed care. The successful candidate will be part of a respected psychology team within the Rehabilitation and High Support Care Hub, and will have access to regular supervision and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to service users with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement trauma-informed care approaches within the service.
- Provide clinical supervision to psychologists and other team members.
- Be involved in service developments, quality improvement projects, and governance within the service.
- Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology or its equivalent.
- Current registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Experience of working with complex mental health needs, including trauma and forensic histories.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and provide clinical supervision.
- Strong commitment to trauma-informed care and service development.
