Key Responsibilities

  1. Work as a proactive key member of the Quantity Surveying team, providing accurate discussions and notes to enable competitive pricing and checking measures.
  2. Take off drawings to produce a bill of quantities, ensuring accurate and detailed estimates.
  3. Approve and procure subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  4. Prepare and issue contracts, ensuring clear and concise terms and conditions.
  5. Visit sites to ensure costs are on track and complete site measures and variation reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  6. Produce cost value reports (CVR), providing a comprehensive overview of project costs.
  7. Invoice reconciliation and approval for payment, ensuring accurate and timely payment to suppliers.
  8. Produce final accounts, providing a detailed and accurate summary of project costs.
