Position Overview:
Role: Team Leader
Compensation: £12.80 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the restaurant manager, taking charge of the unit and ensuring it operates smoothly. Your mission is to be an inspiring leader and a representative of the KFC brand, providing customers with the renowned fried chicken and outstanding service that KFC is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading teams to uphold exceptional brand standards and customer service
  • Driving profitability through effective sales strategies and cost management
  • Managing stock counts and placing orders
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to set and achieve targets
  • Providing coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs
  • Addressing customer feedback promptly and appropriately
  • Assisting the team in food preparation and service

What We Seek:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make informed decisions
  • Capability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
