Main Purpose

To champion our customer service standards and take a lead role in promoting and communicating with all our Tenants and their families in a manner that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To ensure all staff communicate politely and helpfully at all times to add value to the customer experience.
  2. To take a lead role in providing high quality services that satisfy the needs and wants of all our Tenants and their families.
  3. To identify shortfalls and take corrective action to develop and maintain the required standards.
  4. To work closely with Service Managers and use additional supernumerary days/hours effectively.
  5. To facilitate and contribute to successful service transitions.
  6. To work in a variety of locations as required.
  7. To act as a role model to drive up service standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You will also need to have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to apply them in a practical setting.

You will be required to work in a variety of locations and be able to travel as necessary. You will also be required to work flexibly and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
