About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our team at WebBeds. As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in the successful operation of our group business, working closely with our Product Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Group Operations Management: Assume total responsibility for booking and managing group tours, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Financial Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial details of all bookings, including invoicing and payment processing.
