**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Warehouse Operations**: Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities and operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • **Inventory Management**: Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials, ensuring accurate record-keeping and minimal stock discrepancies.
  • **Team Management**: Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline.
  • **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse best practices, implementing operational policies and procedures as needed.
  • **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and report on warehouse productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimise performance.

**Requirements**

  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and health and safety regulations, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
