**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Financial Adviser at Resource Matters Ltd. As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you will be part of our dynamic and supportive team, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the Practice to ensure that the Partner's relationships between their clients can be optimized and assist with the daily operation of the office.
  • Prepare and maintain compliant client files through internal systems.
  • Implement the advisors' recommendations to the client and any supporting documentation required.
  • Follow core modules that represent the foundations of professional financial advice and learn processes to meet advice guidance.
  • Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.
  • Liaise with clients on behalf of advisors and ensure excellent service is delivered.
  • Have an awareness and understanding of clients' attitude to risk in accordance with their financial planning decisions.
  • Progress applications with product providers, advisers, clients, and other third parties to ensure that each case completes in a timely manner.
  • Introduce potential clients to the Practice and understand the process to grow referrals.
