We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) Hub Senior Social Work Practitioner to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality mental health assessments and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a rolling rota system, which includes a combination of early and late shifts, along with weekend and bank holiday work, offering an additional pay enhancement of 18% for such hours.
  • Conduct assessments under the Mental Health Act (MHA) and lead the referral process, ensuring effective triage and prioritization based on risk factors.
  • Engage in remote working while being part of a team that covers the entire West Sussex County Council area.
