Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Real Estate and Corporate Services teams. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients and collaborate with your team to meet their specific requirements. Key responsibilities include:


• Serving as the primary accounting contact for designated clients;

• Acting as a vital link between management and junior staff, ensuring high-quality work is delivered;

• Reviewing submissions prepared for senior management;

• Overseeing daily client operations and liaising with third parties, including investors;

• Collaborating with corporate administrators to prepare periodic and regulatory reports;

• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior accountants;

• Assisting in the planning and execution of fund accounting workflows;

• Managing cash flow for client entities and reviewing cash reconciliations;

• Conducting bookkeeping and reporting for various corporate structures;

• Preparing management accounts and financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP or IFRS;

• Coordinating with tax advisors for compliance and planning;

• Addressing client inquiries related to tax strategies in collaboration with external advisors; and

• Contributing to a team of qualified accountants to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.

Your Qualifications:


• You are a fully or partially qualified accountant (ACCA or ACA);

• You possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in funds accounting, corporate services, or auditing;

• You demonstrate ambition, energy, and a strong commitment to your work;

• You are capable of working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines;

• You have excellent communication skills;

• You are adaptable in utilizing various software and systems; and

• You exhibit teamwork, the ability to build strong client relationships, and the initiative to act independently when necessary.
