Job Title: MS Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Engineer to join our team at Resourcing Partnership Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities by maintaining and improving plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PPM and TPM systems to minimize unplanned stops and optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and fluid system issues.
  • Conduct regular maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of plant and equipment.
  • Lead and participate in problem-solving activities to improve process stability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, procedures, and Quality, Environmental, and H&S legislation.
  • Develop and implement improvements to maintenance processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (HNC or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair of plant and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
