What will be your responsibilities?

You will oversee all facets of the wellness center and spa, including driving membership growth, ensuring classes are well-attended, boosting retail sales, maintaining high standards for treatments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing top-notch service to guests utilizing the spa or wellness facilities.

Is this position suitable for you?

Previous experience in managing a busy wellness center
A commercial mindset with the capability to enhance membership numbers
Strong knowledge of compliance, health and safety regulations
Prior experience in a spa environment is a significant advantage
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in beauty or spa preferred
Certification as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
Relevant qualifications such as Pool Plant and Pool Responder/Lifeguard
Experience in managing personnel
