This organization proudly manages a portfolio of 6,500 affordable and sustainable residences, serving over 15,000 tenants, and is eager to strengthen their Asset Department.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of £40,318 per annum. The selected candidate will be integrated into the team at the earliest convenience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering essential data regarding the Housing Association's properties and broader portfolio to ensure compliance with required standards and facilitate prioritization of investment initiatives.
- Evaluating long-term maintenance needs for both internal and external property elements.
- Conducting and recording surveys utilizing the organization's asset management system to maintain current and precise property data.
- Providing recommendations for necessary maintenance and improvement works.
Qualifications:
- Relevant building qualification (ONC or equivalent) or substantial equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in conducting stock condition and investment surveys, with familiarity in HHSRS.
- Understanding of Asbestos management protocols in line with industry standards.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
