About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst and Tender Support professional to join our European Back Office team at Agilent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing public and private tenders, supporting sales teams with data analysis, compliance tasks, and CRM management, and elaborating, tracking, and communicating KPIs for Managed Service Tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire activation cycle of tenders, from research to documentation management, and preparation of administrative documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales Account Managers and stakeholders to develop tender response strategies and create comprehensive bid packages.
  • Support Sales teams with data and CRM management, creating ad hoc analysis using Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power Bi.
  • Contribute to the analysis and evaluation of business data and strategy, and support the development and management of sales platforms and tools.
  • May be accountable for supporting contract management, asset oversight, and instrument tracking.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tender management, sales support, and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and Power Bi.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
