Role Overview

As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technical support and incident resolution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to reported issues and Service Requests promptly, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Managing third-party suppliers and service providers effectively to guarantee optimal performance in accordance with SLAs.
  • Delivering professional and efficient solutions to reported incidents and requests.
  • Restoring normal service to users swiftly, utilizing your technical expertise while providing guidance and support to users and on-shift staff.
  • Taking initiative for your personal growth and continuously enhancing your skills to improve your performance in this role.

Key Skills Required

  • Expertise in Infrastructure Configuration
  • Proficiency in Cloud Computing
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure
  • Experience in Incident Management
  • A Growth Mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with a solid understanding of Service Desk operations and ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of a Service Desk and ITIL methodologies.
  • A technical background is advantageous.

Flexible Working Arrangement
