Role Overview
As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technical support and incident resolution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to reported issues and Service Requests promptly, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Managing third-party suppliers and service providers effectively to guarantee optimal performance in accordance with SLAs.
- Delivering professional and efficient solutions to reported incidents and requests.
- Restoring normal service to users swiftly, utilizing your technical expertise while providing guidance and support to users and on-shift staff.
- Taking initiative for your personal growth and continuously enhancing your skills to improve your performance in this role.
Key Skills Required
- Expertise in Infrastructure Configuration
- Proficiency in Cloud Computing
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure
- Experience in Incident Management
- A Growth Mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with a solid understanding of Service Desk operations and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of a Service Desk and ITIL methodologies.
- A technical background is advantageous.
