About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cold Store Operative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods in and out of our cold store, while maintaining accurate stock levels and rotation.

This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as you will work closely with our purchasing, technical, and management teams to deliver stock and manage the transit of goods throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels and rotation
  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods
  • Ensure the quality and weight of deliveries meet agreed orders and specifications
  • Monitor and control tempering systems
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety protocols

Successful candidates will have experience in a similar role, with skills in production, FLT, factory, catering, time management, teamwork, data entry, organization, health & safety, food safety regulations, reporting, and document control.
