About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage workforce transformation projects, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective workforce development strategies, aligned with national and local priorities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on workforce transformation, leveraging your knowledge and experience to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of workforce development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce transformation projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in workforce development, transformation, or a related field, preferably in the NHS or healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in workforce transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
