Job Title: Senior Recruitment Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and effective recruitment executive to join our Student Recruitment team at Henley Business School, part of the University of Reading.

About the Role

This is a customer-service led role to support the Regional Manager in delivering outstanding service to potential students from initial enquiry to conversion and enrolment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional Manager to deliver agreed student recruitment marketing objectives
  • Implement a recruitment and marketing plan to generate, develop, and convert leads
  • Handle enquiries, nurture and develop leads, and assist with applications as required
  • Provide high-quality consultation and relationship marketing approaches using CRM
Requirements

We are looking for a strong interest in student recruitment and marketing, experience of working in the education or higher education sectors, and a passion for delivering high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders within brand guidelines.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a customer-focussed outlook, and a positive, enthusiastic mindset are essential for this role.
