About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Willing Care Recruitment, you will be a key player in driving recruitment success and delivering top talent to our clients. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, utilizing your network and various sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates, and providing expert guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentorship and Leadership: Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
