About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious individual to take on the challenge of Area Concession Manager at Retail Human Resources plc.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion retail and have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
The Area Concession Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maximizing sales within our network of concessions located in prominent high street stores across the Yorkshire area.
This is a hands-on role that involves stock management, visual merchandising, liaison with Head Office, and extensive travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales across the region.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular stock-taking, manage replenishments, and handle recalls.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising consistently across all concessions.
- Execute visual merchandising that reflects the brand.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotions in line with company guidelines.
