Job Opportunity: Graduate Teaching Assistant SEN

At GSL Education, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant (SEN) to support students with special educational needs in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver tailored support to students with SEN.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning objectives and promote independence.
  • Provide assistance with classroom activities and differentiated learning tasks.
  • Support students in developing confidence and self-awareness in their abilities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and other staff members.

Requirements:
