Treasury Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Treasury Manager to own our cash forecasting, working capital, and banking relationships on a 6-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our finance team, you will lead day-to-day operations while ensuring smooth cash flow and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Treasury team, ensuring each team member is fully supported and highly motivated to deliver a first-class service.
- Set the strategic priorities of the department, ensuring adherence with relevant legislation and internal controls.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with third parties.
- Monitor and report on compliance with Group banking covenants, including sensitivity analysis and identifying options to optimise covenant performance.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to better understand their cashflow implications of business decisions, driving a culture of cashflow knowledge, responsibility and accountability.
- Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA, with an ACT qualification (or willingness to study for one) preferred.
- Excellent Excel modelling skills essential, with knowledge of IBM Cognos TM1 highly beneficial.
- Extensive people management and strong leadership skills.
- Experience in business partnering, cashflow modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to high quality customer service.
- Strong planning, time management and organisational skills.
- Flexible and the ability to work in pressurised situations and deliver a quality product to agreed timescales.
- Experience in implementing process improvements – timeliness, accuracy and efficiency.
- Highly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Experience of a high-volume transactional process management.
