We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team at Skilled Careers.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a multi trader to assist with maintenance repairs on our property portfolio. The work will consist of reactive repairs with all day-to-day duties being sent via PDA. You will be supplied with a van to get to and from properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist with maintenance repairs on our property portfolio

* Work on reactive repairs with all day-to-day duties sent via PDA

* Use a van to get to and from properties

**Requirements:**

* Full UK driving licence

* Social housing experience

* Understanding of abilities required

**What We Offer:**

* 42.5 hour week with the option to work overtime
