A significant role within the Iberdrola Global Onshore business, this position will provide support to the UK Projects and Construction Onshore business constructing a vast portfolio of windfarms, Solar and Battery Projects across the UK and Ireland. This role will include working closely with wider Projects and Construction teams, Legal, Insurance, Financial and Group Purchasing teams to ensure projects are managed effectively.
The Project Services Coordinator will report to the CAPEX and Contracts Manager and the Project Managers and be responsible for providing a high quality, consistent service across projects within ScottishPower Renewables Onshore Projects and Construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project services - budget control is a significant role within the Iberdrola Global Onshore business. This role will provide support to the UK Projects and Construction Onshore business constructing a vast portfolio of Windfarms, Solar and Battery Projects across the UK and Ireland. This role will include working closely with wider Projects and Construction teams, Legal, Insurance, Financial and Group Purchasing teams to ensure projects are managed effectively & requirements set by the project teams are met.
- The Project Services Coordinator will assist and support the Project Manager & be responsible for providing a high quality, consistent service across projects within ScottishPower Renewables Onshore Projects and Construction.
Requirements:
- Qualified to HND level however degree qualification preferred
- Relevant project-based experience within selected discipline and/or direct experience of working within a project environment
- Experience within the renewables / power generation industry preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy of work.
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Tenacity and determination to succeed.
- Interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
