A Day in the Life
As a Program Manager, you will be tasked with strategizing, executing, and enhancing initiatives that ensure seamless operations. You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of Amazon colleagues to gain insights into their workflows, share your expertise, and identify promising new opportunities. You will take the lead in designing the implementation of these initiatives.

You will motivate and support your teams and colleagues to achieve critical deliverables while proactively seeking new, data-driven methods to enhance our operations. Your contributions will be vital to your team's success.

About the Team
The Linehaul Fill Efficiency team focuses on innovative projects aimed at minimizing waste and defects within the transportation network. Our vision is to achieve zero defects and zero waste. We engage with stakeholders across the supply chain ecosystem and work on both new and existing solutions to drive significant improvements in our transfer management.

Basic Qualifications
  • A degree.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs or projects utilizing project management methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Experience managing complex projects with a diverse range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional setting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree.
  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in leading process enhancements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in developing processes, project management, and scheduling.
