Join a leading engineering recruitment agency, CD Auto Engineering Recruitment Ltd, as we present an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Maintenance Technician in a permanent role.

The successful candidate will be stationed in the workshop, undertaking essential tasks such as:

  • Regular Inspections: Conducting 6-weekly checks
  • Pre-MOT Assessments: Ensuring vehicles meet safety standards
  • General Maintenance: Performing routine upkeep on vehicles
  • Qualifications: Ideally, candidates should possess a PSV driving license and experience with various commercial vehicles. A City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair or equivalent is preferred.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a PSV Technician and in workshop environments is advantageous.

Applicants should ideally have experience with HGVs and hold relevant qualifications such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent & IRTEC certification.

While not mandatory, possessing a Class 1, Class 2, or 7.5 Tonne driving license, along with experience in handling various commercial vehicles, is beneficial.
