Bid Manager - A Key Role for a Skilled Professional
RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join their team. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bid qualification process for new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow a structured process to establish a clear understanding of the client's requirements
• Develop a win plan for the bid, ensuring a clear understanding of the client's key deliverables
• Arrange internal and external technical support as necessary
• Prepare a Risk & Opportunity register to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Lead the bid team at internal adjudication and compile tender submission documentation
• Ensure the timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
• Manage post-submission negotiation and dialogue with the client team
Requirements:
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in preparing and submitting tender documents
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex information
• A relevant driving licence
