Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple flat roofing and facade projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring productivity and quality of work.
Resolve any onsite issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the flat roofing and facades sector.
  • Black CSCS Card
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
