Lead AV Commissioning Engineer / Crestron Home Programmer

MCG Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AV Commissioning Engineer / Crestron Home Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the commissioning and programming of high-end residential AV systems, with a focus on Crestron Home and IT network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commission and configure DrayTek and Ruckus Wi-Fi IT networks
  • Develop and implement Crestron programming solutions, with a focus on Crestron Home
  • Configure and commission Cisco Layer 3 IT networks
  • Design and implement smart home AV systems
  • Install, program, and calibrate home cinemas
  • Ensure high-quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the job
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the AV industry
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality projects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in AV commissioning and programming
  • Strong knowledge of Crestron Home and IT network systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UK work permit and eligibility to work in the UK
