Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations effectively
• Prepare high-quality dishes from scratch for our diverse menu offerings
• Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, utilizing fresh ingredients
• Implement practices to minimize waste and enhance profitability
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage the ordering and storage of food supplies efficiently

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in working with fresh produce and preparing meals from the ground up. While we provide established recipes, a creative approach to cooking is essential.
