We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and preferences to ensure tailored care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in complex care.

Requirements

  • Experience working in complex care, preferably with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion, empathy, and resilience in the face of challenging situations.
