Senior Plumber Job Description

Kraft Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Plumber to join our client's team. As a Senior Plumber, you will be responsible for leading a team of plumbers and ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems in various construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys to identify installation requirements
  • Install and commission rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on existing systems
  • Diagnose and repair faults in system components
  • Provide after-sales support to clients
  • Travel to sites with overnight stays, including occasional office work
  • Participate in an on-call rota

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a field service supervisor in a construction environment
  • Adequate professional qualifications as a mechanical engineer, plumber, electrician, or control specialist
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • High level of motivation and interest in self-progress
  • Experience in providing services to the building industry with high confidence and excellent customer relationship skills
  • General computer knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to read 2D and 3D drawings
  • Full valid manual driving licence

Senior Engineer (Plumber) Package:

  • Salary £50k+
  • 39-hour working week
  • Pension after a qualifying period
  • 22 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays
  • Company mobile and travel expenses paid
  • Company vehicle supplied depending on location
