About the Warehouse Operative Role:

Our Warehouse Operatives play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers receive the right products in perfect condition and that all of our vehicles are loaded correctly. As one of our Warehouse Operatives, you will report directly into the Nightshift Supervisors and need to be able to work well in a busy team environment.

We offer excellent internal development opportunities, and we provide comprehensive training on site to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload products from trailers and load onto delivery vehicles using the correct process and procedures.
  • Assign products to the correct delivery vehicles using pick sheets and ensure accurate loading.
  • Verify that trailers returning to Head Office are loaded correctly and efficiently.
  • Utilize manual handling techniques and safe systems of work in line with health and safety training.
  • Comfortably handle large products and complete heavy manual handling tasks.
  • Minimize potential damages by handling products in accordance with training and guidelines.
  • Report any accidents, product issues, or damages to the Nightshift Supervisors.
