Company Overview:

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Mobile Facilities Engineer with a focus on electrical systems to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across the region. This role involves executing planned maintenance, addressing reactive issues, and managing additional chargeable tasks, whether performed independently, by fellow CBRE engineers, or through third-party contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct and complete maintenance tasks to a high standard, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
2. Maintain and update compliance records and documentation, including those completed by other engineers and contractors.
3. Assist in preparing cost estimates for additional services.
4. Collaborate with the Helpdesk, Contract Support, Operations Manager, and Contract Manager to optimize service delivery and resource allocation.
5. Ensure a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all company policies and client site regulations, including but not limited to:
    - Risk assessments
    - Permit management
    - Contractor oversight
    - Completion of toolbox talks
    - Vehicle, tool, and PPE inspections

Qualifications:
- Formal training in electrical maintenance services, including the 18th Edition certification.
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering, focusing on both reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
- Proficient in maintaining a diverse range of building services equipment, including electrical systems, motors, pipework, pumps, and valves.
