About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team at CPM United Kingdom Ltd. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, representing our global leader Samsung and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to provide a memorable and positive experience, understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate Samsung products to meet those needs.
  • Build relationships with retail partner colleagues, increasing product knowledge and brand advocacy.
  • Work alongside the in-store team to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung, ensuring the brand is at the forefront of everyone's minds.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with all types of people.
  • Persuasive and target-oriented, with a desire to develop a career in sales while keeping the customer at the core of everything you do.
  • Curious and tenacious, always seeking answers and solutions to problems.
