As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert level professional practice within nursing, managing a nursing team, and providing advice, information, and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high standard of patient care using a flexible patient-centered care approach.
- Manage a nursing team, providing advice, information, and support.
- Assume responsibility for undertaking tasks delegated by the sister/charge nurse, including mentoring roles, auditing, and clinical governance.
- Promote a ward/department environment that is conducive to learning, supporting, and participating in the supervision/teaching of junior and/or new staff.

Person Specification- Level or relevant children's qualification.
- Current NMC Registration.
