Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Field Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Service Innovation Group UK. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in increasing engagement points across a wide range of businesses across 12 European markets through field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with retailers to help us deliver our clients' objectives.
- Ensure all point-of-sale items are effectively displayed to maximise consumer brand awareness.
- Activate seasonal promotional campaigns by securing the support of your Retailers.
- Work to agreed targets, KPI's set by Service Innovation Group, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals.
- Ability to adapt to change and react to short-term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
- Attend National team meetings and local field accompaniments as necessary.
- Highly effective verbal communicator – a proven track record of building relationships and communicating at multiple levels.
- Ability to manage multiple objectives across different projects at the same time.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Databases).
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and planning skills & an acute eye for detail.
- Full UK Drivers Licence (Must have a full driving licence. The role has a choice of car allowance, company car or electric car scheme).
