We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to lead our hospitality interior design projects in our London Studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement design concepts for hospitality projects

• Lead and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality design deliverables

• Collaborate with technical staff to resolve design and technical issues

• Research and specify materials, finishes, and fixtures for projects

• Ensure design solutions meet client needs and budget requirements

• Manage design budgets and ensure adherence to project timelines

• Provide expert advice on design principles, aesthetics, and space planning methodology

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:


• Graduate degree in interior design, architecture, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in commercial hospitality interior design projects

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


• Expertise in design software, including Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
