Position Overview: This is a full-time opportunity to step into a range of educational environments, providing essential support on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons effectively, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused.
- Exhibit strong classroom management skills, adhering to the established behaviour policies of the institution.
- Facilitate learning across a diverse array of subjects for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
Candidate Profile:
- A passionate and enthusiastic individual committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
- Possess a minimum Level 3 qualification or its equivalent.
- Demonstrate effective behaviour management capabilities and confidence in following school policies.
- Provide a substantial recent reference from a school setting.
- Have prior experience working within a UK educational environment.
Compensation: Competitive remuneration of up to £140 per day, along with holiday pay and pension contributions.
