Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives? Do you want to develop your skills and knowledge in early years education and care? We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Early Years Graduate Programme at Bright Horizons.
About the ProgrammeOur Early Years Graduate Programme is a two-year work-based training programme that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a future leader in early years education and care. You will work as part of a nursery team, looking after babies and children up to the age of 5, and will have the opportunity to shadow our early years specialists, learn from our experienced nursery managers and teachers, and visit other Bright Horizons nurseries.
What You'll Be Doing- Working as part of a nursery team to provide a caring and supporting environment for children
- Creating play and learning opportunities that support children's learning and development
- Completing tasks and projects as part of your qualification and talent programme
- Participating in development interventions and rotational placements to fast-track your development into leadership roles
- Working with the Grad Programme cohort to deliver projects and initiatives

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who:
- Has a BA Hons degree in Early Years/Childhood Studies or a similar field
- Has GCSEs in Maths and English grade 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2
- Has a genuine interest in working with children and making a difference in their lives
- Is passionate about helping children learn and develop
- Is committed to completing the two-year Graduate Programme
- Is a confident communicator and team player
