As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and young people with their educational activities, while also establishing good relationships with pupils and responding to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering educational activities and supporting pupils with their work
  • Support with pupil behavior and establish good relationships with pupils
  • Act as a role model and respond to individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Education team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
