About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Mulberry Recruitment. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of our Quality Management System (QMS) across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the development and management of QMS across the business.
  • Report to the board at quarterly QMS meetings.
  • Develop and manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, processes and procedures to meet the needs of the business.
  • Manage and deliver ISO 9001 accreditation and other applicable standards.
  • Support the Business Management Group (BMG) with the coordination of best practice processes and procedures aligned to business needs.
  • Plan regular internal quality audits, review non-conformances and hold relevant areas accountable.
  • Report on Quality KPIs that lead to a robust continuous improvement (CI) process in line with the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Provide support to the BMG and their teams in the delivery of continuous improvement plans.
  • Support the BMG in their management and improvement of a robust non-conformance and root cause analysis process, providing regular reports demonstrating improvements.
  • Monitor the timely execution of the non-conformance process and measure the BMG member against the set KPI.
  • Work with the BMG to ensure the quality of Product documentation supplied to customers that fulfills user and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and own the document control process for the business.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the development and management of QMS in an ISO9001 certified company within the manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of process theory with a proven track record of converting into practice.
  • Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Be able to adapt behavior due to changing circumstances.
