Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the Online Marketplace team and associated depots.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through effective team leadership.
  • Managing depot operations efficiently while meeting established targets and service level agreements.
  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining team members, including volunteers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team management and leadership within a Retail, E-commerce, or Online Marketplace context.

  • Experience in achieving team objectives and motivating team members.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and logistics.
  • Awareness of current product trends and brand positioning.
  • Excellent customer service skills with effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
