About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-paced sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with both B2B and B2C customers
  • Accurately describe and sell a variety of cover solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our products and provide customers with exceptional service
  • Generate customer quotations and efficiently input new work orders
  • Follow up on quotes, close sales orders, and help the team hit sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team, Admin, Production Manager, and Team Leaders to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements
  • Highly motivated with a flexible, proactive approach to learning new products and sales processes
  • Skilled in numeracy and comfortable generating quotes and processing orders
  • Able to interpret customer concepts and drawings, visualising custom cover solutions
  • A team player with a drive for achieving results and exceeding sales targets
  • Organised and able to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, ensuring a positive customer experience
