Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Scraping Specialist to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain web scraping tools to build datasets for research and trading. You will integrate datasets from internal and external providers and manage the multiple and extensive datasets used on the research & trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web scraping tools to build datasets for research and trading
  • Integrate datasets from internal and external providers
  • Manage multiple and extensive datasets used on the research & trading platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in web scraping
  • A polyglot developer with good Python knowledge
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels of technical competence

Desirable Skills:

  • Structured and unstructured data management expertise
  • Knowledge of the financial data of equity/derivatives
